How can I use a gift card or discount code?
Gift Card and Discount Codes can be entered in both the cart and the checkout.
For discount codes to work effectively, please ensure you have the relevant items that relate to the in the cart. For discount codes which grant you a free product, you must at that product to your cart.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Standard Australia Wide Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders being shipped to an Australian Address. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse based in Perth, Western Australia.Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available and will be optional during the checkout process. Express Postage is charged at a rate determined by the parcel dimensions. Smaller orders are sent via Australia Post Express Service, while larger orders are sent via Toll Ipec Road Express Courier.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation via email?
This may be due to only a phone number being entered at checkout, rather than an email address. Please CONTACT US if this occurs and we can check to make sure you order is on its way to you.
If I order preorder and non-preorder items together, will they be shipped separately?
If you have ordered both preorder and non-preorder items together, we will by default wait until the entire order is in stock before dispatching it.
